During our 1 hour consultation, we walk through your home to take pictures and measurements, to discuss lighting flow, existing furniture, décor accents, plans on how to declutter the space and suggest any minor repairs, painting, and facelifts if needed.
You can also vistit our showroom and pick any pieces from our extensive collection that you would like to use to stage your home at an additional rental cost.
Rate: $150/hour
partial staging
Partial staging is designed to accommodate your budget. Our team will repurpose and rearrange your existing furniture and larger pieces as necessary, and will bring in new accent pieces —such as throw pillows, paintings, area rugs, etc.— to give the space a professional and finished look.
We will design a space plan creating focal points that will enhance the existing aesthetic of your home to increase the value on the market.

full service staging
Full service staging is tailored towards vacant properties or homes with minimal furniture. Within a two day turnaround, your home will be fully staged using our in-house line of furniture pieces and décor items to create a warm ambience, inviting potential buyers to be inspired and feel an instant connection.
Full service staging package includes the initial consultation, walkthrough and full planning.
